Amazon has released the list of the top 10 bestselling titles, compiling the list based on combined print and Kindle sales. As with Nielsen’s list of bestselling print titles, E.L. James’ Fifty Shades of Grey tops the list. But on this combined Amazon list, Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn jumps from her fifth place position to the second spot.
